Same Problem here, Xcode 14.3, after every launch i have to quit the simulator to launch the app again.

Is there any update on this? I'm facing the same issue with one of our XCUITest Targets.

It's really a mess that apple seems to be just removing important features, without announcing a solution to that and producing docs and wwdc videos featuring this button.
