Hello, I have an absolutely identical situation. My country of citizenship is automatically set incorrectly in the W-8BEN form, and the field is locked so I cannot change it. Were you able to resolve this issue? If so, how? Also, are there any other ways to contact Apple Support or Finance Support regarding this issue? I have already been waiting for a response from Apple Support for almost three weeks and have not received any response to my Finance Support requests. I would really appreciate any advice. Thank you!
