I'm having this issue also, but enabling "Test iPhone and iPad Apps on Apple Vision Pro" for the testing group didn't solve the problem. Same situation as OP, the app is available in the App Store or when building directly from Xcode onto the device, only Test Flight builds seem to flag it as incompatible. Unless the setting just takes a while to propagate?
