Apparently we don't use the NETunnelProviderManager at all and also I don't see any reference to the com.apple.vpn.managed.applayer payload in our MDM profile as described in the docs.. So yeah I'd say that our VPN is not configured as a per-app VPN.

After checking some documentation, I'm pretty sure our packet tunnel provider is not running in per-app VPN mode. However, I'm not even completely sure what does that mean; would you be able to provide me with a way of checking it and be 100% sure?
