Thanks for taking your time to answer. I can confirm the URL to be accurate. This is odd. It seems the domain cannot be resolved on your end. I´ve tried resolving the domain from the server itself, my home wireless connection and via a mobile connection. Everything seems fine. Trying a webproxy fails to find the site. So this seems to be an issue with the domain provider as all my domains registered with this provider are affected. Sorry for wasting everybodys time. At least I have a lead on how to proceed. Thanks.

After going back to Xcode 14.1 the issue persisted. So I decided to try another approach, cloned the repository again and created a new project from it. This seems to have worked. Leaving this here in case someone else encounters this issue.
