The report includes the minimal test code, playback results, and a sysdiagnose captured immediately after reproducing the issue. Apple Developer Support also independently reproduced the exact same error on an Apple TV 4K (3rd generation) running tvOS 27.0 (24J361). Thank you for looking into this!
