Thanks for the response! We don't want the developers to need to be in the loop at all for minor changes to the App Store. It's not a big cost but there's still a cost (In our experience, it's not just 10 minutes of work, taking into account communication, context switches, fixing build failures, etc.) to building the app so if our non-developer needs to make modifications to the App Store we'd prefer not to have to rebuild the app since there's literally no difference in the code for the app.
