This is annoying for sure. Its happened multiple times in the past but resolved itself eventually. But as of two months ago this happened to me and I was locked from my phone and my account. And now again. I just want to report some issues I’m having since the recent beta update. But nooooooo I can’t. Ive attempted to sign into my account via iPad, iPhone, MacBook….. I’ve attempted to change the passwor. Last time this happened I called support and it took us two hours to figure it out. And unfortunately i dont remember what we did to get around it all. frustrating to say the least. The loop like the last person said above me is totally where this is happenin.
