Same error here with encode/decode lines, if I comment those lines, the code runs. I have ask to my colleagues to try this code and some can run, others throw that error. I don't know if maybe Sequoia 15.4 and 16.3/.2 has some in this bug, but the majority where fails has this config. Is kind of annoying we cannot use playground.
