Hey I am actually seeing the same issue. when try to encode to heic. i havee added (__bridge NSString *)kCGImagePropertyHEICSDictionary: @{ (__bridge NSString *)kCGImagePropertyHEICSDelayTime: (__bridge id)delay, }, ... But when decode, this heic propery is missing
