Our organization enrollment (Enrollment ID S9SZ49Y7M5, DG MIDDLE EAST TECHNOLOGIES - L.L.C - S.P.C, UAE) was accepted after document verification, and the Program License Agreement is accepted. 09/10/2026: purchased the membership (order W1781979751, AED 379). The card was charged, but the order was later canceled without notice. The account has shown "Pending — Purchase your membership" ever since. Since then, every attempt to purchase again fails with "Authorization Failed – A request to your bank … was declined." We tried several cards: Jordanian Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, and two UAE-issued cards. The banks show no declined transaction, so the payment seems to be stopped on Apple's side. Support cases 102996084487 (14/10) and 103000637398 (18/10) have had no response. Phone callback shows "temporarily unavailable due to high call volumes".
