Thank you for your response.
We confirm that our request for new FairPlay Streaming credentials was approved on August 17. However, our issue is that we are still unable to generate the replacement FairPlay Streaming certificate and complete the credential setup.
When we attempt to generate a new FairPlay Streaming certificate through the Apple Developer portal, we receive the following error:
“Maximum number of certificates generated.”
The existing FairPlay Streaming certificates also do not provide any option to revoke or delete them from the Developer portal.
Therefore, although the request for new credentials was approved on August 17, we are currently unable to actually generate and obtain a new usable FairPlay Streaming certificate.
Could you please clarify where or how we can generate the newly approved credentials?
If the approval on August 17 created or enabled new FairPlay Streaming credentials for our Developer Team, please let us know where those credentials can be accessed or downloaded.
Otherwise, if the existing certificate limit is preventing the generation of the newly approved credentials, we kindly request assistance in removing/revoking an old unused FairPlay Streaming certificate or resetting the certificate generation capacity for our Developer Team.
Our previous server infrastructure crashed and the private keys associated with our old FairPlay Streaming credentials were permanently lost, so we are unable to reuse or recover the previous credentials.
To clarify, our issue is not the approval request itself. Our issue is that even after the approval on August 17, the Apple Developer portal still prevents us from generating the new FairPlay Streaming certificate due to the maximum certificate limit.
We would greatly appreciate your guidance on the next step or assistance in resolving the certificate limit issue.
Thank you.
