Hello Apple Developer Community and Apple Staff,
I am seeking guidance regarding the termination of my Apple Developer Program membership under Section 3.2(f).
I have been a legitimate developer operating and maintaining multiple applications on the App Store. My applications have been operating normally, with legitimate users, subscriptions, and revenue.
I was therefore extremely surprised to receive a notice stating that my Apple Developer Program membership had been terminated due to alleged fraudulent conduct.
I submitted an appeal and provided information explaining my situation. Unfortunately, the appeal was denied and I was informed that the decision was final.
Since then, I have contacted Apple Developer Support again because I genuinely believe that this termination may have resulted from a misunderstanding, an incorrect account association, or another issue that I have not been made aware of.
A new Developer Support case was created, but I have now been waiting for more than a week without receiving a substantive response.
Developer Support Case ID: 20000147589124
I fully understand that account-specific matters cannot normally be resolved through the Developer Forums, and I am not asking the community to overturn Apple’s decision.
I am simply hoping that an Apple Staff member can advise whether there is any appropriate escalation path, or help confirm whether my case can be forwarded to the relevant Developer Program team for a manual review.
I am fully willing to cooperate with Apple and provide any information necessary to verify my identity, company, applications, payment history, account activity, or any other relevant information.
This developer account is very important to our legitimate business, and I would sincerely appreciate an opportunity to understand what may have caused the termination and to correct any misunderstanding if one has occurred.
Thank you for your time and assistance.
