Hi Did you solve this? Recently I bought the apple TV 4K 2021 and I cannot set my pair of homepod minis as default audio. Even in the fact that I updated all my devices to OS15 :(. This is really annoying. (if I set the default audio tv speakers and connect de minis as temporary source, they work fine, but if I select them as default, no sound is coming and the volume bar is not working. Also I get the error that the process failed to connect to them and I don't get what I am doing wrong) I have a Philips tv with 4K Dolby vision+ Belkin Ultra high speed HDMI 4K connected via HDMI ARC slot. thanks a lot.
