Having the same issue as well where bluetooth continues to disconnect and reconnect every 15 or so seconds which is extremely annoying as Iphone is paired with my Cochlear and when talking on phone or listening to music it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting. Has only been like this since update to IOS 14.3
