Download 15.8 zip and extract in destination folder "open /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/DeviceSupport" https://github.com/JinjunHan/iOSDeviceSupport/tree/master Remove iPhone 7 from Device and Simulators and connect it again. It work for me.
