The Sep 11 one (5069b140-08dd-4113-bd13-6bc632b4200d) sat In Progress for about four days. A new build I submitted on Sep 15 at 17:56Z (7834e478-fb72-44fa-a1d0-d4573877f84d) was still In Progress at 19:01Z, and both read Accepted when I checked at 23:21Z, so they cleared together — which matches what you described. One thing that's hard to judge from this side: while a submission is held, notarytool log only says the log isn't available yet, so a hold and a genuinely stuck job look identical. Is there anything visible to the client that tells them apart, or is waiting it out the whole answer? Posting the timings in case they help the next person.
