Indeed the documentation isn’t detailed enough. In addition to the behaviours already listed, we observed another strange issue: When an accessory is already discovered and connected through CBCentralManager, initiating a new discovery process, you see the picker presented and searching for accessories and do wait for about 10 seconds causes CBCentralManager to switch back to the PoweredOff state. After this happens, the app can no longer reconnect to the previously connected accessory unless the entire app is relaunched.
