This is a bluetooth issue. Switch off your mouse then turn it on again. If forces a new bluetooth connection and the scroll works again. This is very annoying Apple. You should fix it quickly to avoid embarrassment.

Useless Claude31 as in I expect it to work. It does not therefore it is useless. XCode has become so slow and glitchy. It used to work fairly well back in the Objective-C days. Interestingly Android Studio development is now quicker and more reliable running on a Mac (using the linux kernel at the heart of Darwin). This must be very embarrassing for Apple.
