After creating a few support tickets and waiting a week notarization is now working for me again. I never got a reply to my support tickets and I'm not sure what happened but it seems to be unstuck for now. Thanks for all the help and replies here.

Update: I tried notarizing/code signing another unrelated app under this same company/cert that normally signs quickly which is also stalling. This is systematic or account level and not code specific.

Can you elaborate on what “long time” means here? I've been deploying this same app for over a year. This particular commit has barely changed anything. I'm now at 24 hours of constantly trying to code sign to get a release out :(
