I want to share my story here also. Last Month I uploaded a vpn app & apple rejected it with the reason of design spam. Then I made some changes on code side re upload it again. But it rejected again. This month I uploaded another vpn app as well as the same time I uploaded my previous app again with done some changes. Surprisingly Apple Release my 2nd uploaded app which one I uploaded first time of this month but they rejected again my previous one with the same design spam reason. I don't know actually what are they looking for and by which method they are following to check our vpn binary app.
