Unfortunately, following your instructions to delete and reinstall the existing iOS version and Simulator within Xcode 26.3 just reinstalls the same version of iOS and the same version of the simulator. The issue remains upon testing....

I will mark this issue as resolved when Apple release Xcode 26.4 final with iOS and simulator and the output is accepted by App Store Review. Regards, Fascinating.

However the good news is I tested the Xcode 26.4 RC with the accompanying simulator and it does resolve this issue so I look forward to the final release. I cannot mark this as a solution to the issue however as running RC software is never a solution - it is unsupported by App Store Review. I now cannot release any software to production unless I back out.
