Thank you for your input, but this situation is much more serious. We spent a year developing our app, finally getting it approved in November 2025. However, just one month later, our account was suspended for alleged fraudulent behavior. We’ve always adhered to Apple’s guidelines and are shocked by the sudden suspension. This decision has caused severe emotional and psychological distress, including a health emergency in our team. We are appealing to Apple for clarification and resolution.

We spent a whole year revising the code, going through over 40 versions. After countless revisions, it was finally released. However, just one month after release, our account was banned for violating rule 3.2F. All our code strictly followed Apple's company requirements; there was no warning or explanation, just a direct ban.
