I'm in the same situation, I've been there for 1 week now and nothing has been answered, not even 1 email, not even a response anywhere, I put in a ticket and nothing.

I have a similar case, I already made the payment more than 2 days ago and uploaded my document, I received an email that they will review and respond to but I registered by entering my name incorrectly, I sent a support ticket and in the notes when I attached my document I explained it to them but I still haven't received any response. Is it normal?
