My iMac running Monterey 12.7.9 the option for 'Scroll Direction: Natural' under the 'Point & Click' wasn't showing up in my settings menu. THE SOLUTION: System Preference > 'Mouse' > 'Point & Click' > then plug the mouse into the back of the computer using a wire (like your charging your mouse) the option for 'Scroll Direction: Natural' will appear ***UNPLUG THE MOUSE & check the 'Scroll Direction: Natural' and the issue should be rectified!
