I too am getting the Address size fault XCBBuildService on all Xcode 16 betas.

Bumping that we're seeing the same thing when building a our own app. The build process seems to pass every step before XCBBuildService receives a SIGABRT. The crashing thread has a Address size fault and I would imagine if we could see more of the crash log above it would say the same. In activity monitor every time before XCBBuildService crashes its memory usages spikes to north of 50GB. The issue is occurring in all 3 Xcode 16 betas on both macOS 14 and 15. This issue does not exist in Xcode 15.
