The issue occurred due to a mismatch in the information provided during ID verification. This has now been resolved, and the enrollment for the Apple Developer Program has proceeded. Currently, the request is in the processing stage while Apple verifies the submitted company information. Once the verification is complete, they will send link to proceed wit program payment. I raised a support request through Apple’s contact page, and they responded after four days, which helped resolve the issue.
