Curious... what phone do you have? I have a 15 pro. I tried everything including rest all network settings. I am going to try and restore from a backup to see if that helps. It crashes only when I am on a phone call. Sometimes about 5 min in to the call. Then it will do it again. It happens randomly. But if I switch the phone to speaker phone I can leave CarPlay running on the screen while I use the speaker on my phone to talk and listen and it will not crash. Is this the same with you?
