So I did some researching and figured out how to do this(for me). Go to the watch app and in the upper left corner it says “All Watches” Click on the “i” with a circle around it and click unpair watch at the bottom(do other steps to make it happen) Wait for it to be ready to pair, and do it manually by putting your phone next to it, as indicated by the Apple Watch indication to do so. After selecting same account and other things you will have to wait for a while for them to connect/pair After putting in all of the account passwords it should work(it did for me)
