This issue is listed in the beta 3 release note. And the workaround is to keep using beta 2....

Update: I have downgraded to Xcode 15 beta 2 because my real project couldn't link successfully. I hope this issue will be resolved by next beta. 😫

Update: It seems that Xcode 15 beta 5 has partially fixed the issue. However, I am still seeing some ld: warning: ignoring duplicate library '-lc++' warnings.

In Xcode 15 beta 5, this error becomes to a warning. warning: Unable to call validation: The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format.
