Same issue here as well, I've tried so many things and it's preventing me seeing my app on my phone. I installed Apple’s Worldwide Developer Relations G3 certificate from Apple’s website. Keychain Access now says my Apple Development certificate is valid, and the matching private key appears beneath it. But still the build fails while signing, with errSecInternalComponent. The earlier “unable to build chain to self-signed root” warning no longer appears. One additional check returned “0 valid identities found”: security find-identity -v -p codesigning.
