Apple rejects under Guideline 3.1.1, saying our existing subscription model now adds a consumable IAP, so they must verify purchasability and we must "upload a new binary and make sure the products are available for purchase at the time of review." But a first-time IAP only works if attached from the version page and pushed with a new binary together, and that section is missing. Stuck in a loop. Called Apple 3x, opened a ticket, no reply. Please help.
