Unfortunately after a few days, my macOS crashed again with same reason.

It was very annoying to have multiple crashes everyday, so I went for erasing all contents and settings in the system settings a couple of days ago. The issue disappeared.

Same issue - Mac 12.4, Xcode 13.4.1
