This matches the pattern reported in this thread (LiveCallerId OHTTP Relay: Works in TestFlight, failing in Production).
Setup: Bundle ID arnaudguitard.SilenceApp, .LiveCallerIDExtension (PIR-based), distributed via App Store, iOS 26.6.
Pattern (100% reproducible): Live Caller ID Lookup works on any device previously used with TestFlight, but never works on devices that only ever installed via the App Store — same build, same bundle ID, same server config on both sides.
Server-side confirmation: On affected devices, our backend never receives any OHTTP-relayed PIR request (confirmed via logs + packet capture). The direct, non-relayed /config endpoint works fine everywhere, confirming the app, server, and network path are otherwise healthy — only the Apple relay → our gateway path is silent.
Already tried: toggle confirmed enabled, Background App Refresh on, full uninstall/reboot/reinstall (no change, since it’s still the App Store build), removed a conflicting call-ID app (no change).
Sysdiagnose on an affected device: extension installs/registers successfully every time (no LaunchServices errors), but RunningBoard shows zero trace of any identitylookup-related process, while the classic com.apple.CallKit.CallDirectory is present and active — consistent with the relay path never being engaged for this device.
Given the exact match with the TestFlight-vs-production pattern in the linked thread, could someone confirm the production relay activation status for Bundle ID arnaudguitard.SilenceApp?
Thanks
