Hi, we have exactly the same issue especially on iPad mini 4 after upgrading to 15.4. We filled a feedback report one month and half ago with sysdiagnose without any answer from Apple https://feedbackassistant.apple.com/feedback/9969994 If you can gently have a look, this will help a customer to get the TV service back.
