Reply to Apple Developer Program payment completed but membership not activated
Similiar situation over here, payment was taken last week, account was "pending" until monday when I decided to have another look. Everything seems to look fine on my devices themselves (apart of lack of certs) after I logged in to the web version of a developer account it asked me for yet another payment (despite money left my account a few days prior - have confirmation mails and receipts), turns out that for some reason the web version was creating another account (different team ID etc) with my details after what I had to withdraw two separate enrollments twice (again, received emails about withdrawn enrollment). Turns out that in the middle of all of that it also removed my first and main developer account, now I'm being stuck for almost a week without money, without account and a support ticket "hanging somewhere over there" for two days already. :/

just have a go and look through these forums... 75% of topics over here are regarding this "issue", some people are on months long waiting list without any reply for support tickets. Me personally, I'm "only" a week deep in this "48hrs max" enrollment target / 2 bussines days max to reply to a support ticket, but reading these forums I already braced myself for at least another month or so... it's a joke of a 4 trilion dollar company.

Reply to Apple Developer Program Enrollment Pending for Over 3 Weeks (Identity Verification)
after 3 weeks of back and forth (it takes roughly 5-10 business days for them to reply) I got the email which states that as a gesture of goodwill they will refund me the money and they should hit my account 30-60 days (lol). Problem is I'VE NEVER ASKED for a refund, I just want my dev account to be enabled. It seems that they don't read the tickets regarding dev accounts and just apply simple copypasta as a response (in their first response I got suggestion to follow all the steps I outlined as not-working in my support ticket lol) Obviously I will try to create another account and pay for it but the only problem is that I don't know should I wait up to two months for my money to come back and whole old "enrollment" procedure to expire or send them a support ticket and wait two weeks for a reply which most likely won't solve any problem ? They're too cryptic with their communication.

judging by what you can read on these forums - weeks, if not months.

Reply to Apple Developer Program purchased but enrollment stuck — asked to pay again
brace yourself for another month or so of being ignored, don't forget you're just a pleb to them. I'm two weeks deep into this and I've already seen people with unresolved accounts from 2025 :/

Reply to Apple developer account refund
in order to get refund, they have to read your support ticket first lol My first response from their support came after 10 days with some bs. as if they didn't read my ticket at all. Sent them reply and now I'm on day 5 of the "second round" of waiting for their move to have a look at my account.
