Yeah, same here! I’m seeing that issue with Sky Gamblers too after Big Sur.

If you downloaded Gourmet Ranch from the App Store and it supports Game Center, it should connect automatically when you open the game while signed into Game Center. Make sure you're logged into Game Center in Settings > Game Center. If the game doesn’t support Game Center, it won’t show up there.
