This issue does not seem to be fixed. I upgraded to macos 27 yesterday. Accessing mac mini remotely using Chrome Remote Desktop. Before I could drag application windows using the mouse by click-and-hold the title bar and dragging the window on the desktop. This does not work any longer - the window does not move. I can select other windows using the mouse. I also can select text in an app by dragging the mouse. Moving the app window is the problem. Then you can use vnc://xxxx By the way, Chrome Remote Desktop does NOT use vnc. (Another story is that remote access to the mac using RealVNC failed around verison 26 - "protocol error: key length too large" )
