I joined the waitlist around 5 PM EST on Monday, been waiting around 52 hours and counting. I upgraded from 26.5 Stable directly to iOS 27, and I didn't even encounter indexing. And if I did, it was so fast I didn't even notice. This whole thing seems like a loose cannon, kind of hit and miss on when people get access.

Been on the waitlist for about 26 hours now. When I was on the waitlist for iOS 18's Apple Intelligence I was accepted within a couple hours.
