I just checked, and the problem is fixed in Xcode 27 Beta 5 with Codex version 0.145.0 (at least in my case). They also added a new way to sign in: "Sign In With a ChatGPT Device Code..."; however, I used the standard "Sign In With a ChatGPT Account...".
