Hello, I sent a developer request a few days ago and I haven't received a response. I'm dealing with the same issue. I paid $99 and provided all the information you need. My Case ID: 102795100599. I can't find those notarization resources anywhere. At least not on the Apple developer website. I don't suppose we're supposed to know that it's buried somewhere in a link in a message form post.
