Thanks for the response. The installation after one more hour was completed but now I'm facing another problem, and I would be glad if you could help me on that one as well. So the reason I wrote this in the first place was because MacBook wouldn't accept my password and wouldn't let me in. Now that I installed MacOS Big Sur it still has the same problem. I decided to do it again because maybe something didn't go to plan the first time and erased all data and installed MacOS Big Sur again. Still got the same problem and I just bought this laptop yesterday and never had any issues with previous versions. It's just this device won't accept accounts and passwords so I can move on... what can I do with it?
