Reply to Can I use Open Source Software to code?
Hello, you will need a Mac for the app creation process. Additionally, when submitting your app for the Swift Student Challenge, please note that you may include third-party open-source licensed code and/or public domain images and sounds, with credit and an explanation of why they were used. You can find more information about the submission requirements at https://developer.apple.com/wwdc23/swift-student-challenge/. Good Luck!

Reply to Some questions for the Swift Student Challenge
Hi, I wanted to bring to your attention the "Create an interactive scene in an app playground that can be experienced within three minutes" challenge in the Building your app playground section of the web page. You can find more information about it at https://developer.apple.com/wwdc23/swift-student-challenge/. You have the freedom to choose any theme, whether it is educational or just for fun. I suggest taking a look at the previous winners' projects for inspiration. Good luck with your submission!

Reply to Can I use Mobile Apps the the Challenge?
Hi, It would be good, if you create an app for Mac or iPad. You can check this for a submission. "Your app playground must be built with and run on Swift Playgrounds 4.2.1 or later (requires iPadOS 16 or macOS 13) or Xcode 14 on macOS 13." https://developer.apple.com/wwdc23/swift-student-challenge/ Good luck!
