Following steps: Interrupt service from Sandbox account status off from iTunes connect. Just login apple id with your sandbox account The login same as App Store  It’s working fine. 

The fact is you already this non-consumable item. And it's never going invalid.

Do you have a solution for this? I am experiencing the same kinds of problems in Xcode 15.1
