Hello, I'm trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but every payment attempt fails with the following error: "Your payment authorization failed on card ••••. Please verify your information and try again, or try another payment method." I've tried multiple payment methods, but the problem persists. I don't see any authorization attempts in my banking app. This suggests the transaction may be failing on Apple's side before reaching the bank. I'm located in the United States. I contacted Apple Developer Support through the website over a week ago, but have received no response other than the initial case confirmation. Has anyone experienced this issue? How was it resolved? Is there any way to escalate this to Apple Developer Support? Thank you.
