Issue also with my wife's iPhone - but if I delete the App and download it from the App Store, the problem is gone! Of course this doesn't really solve my / my customers problem, since all data is then gone.

Today (Feb 8, 2023) I'm also experiencing a problem with receipt validation failing with a receiptStatus message: "Receipt not signed by Apple" This occurs in an App in App Store which has been ready for sale since December 12, 2022 And it's the first time I ever experienced the problem since February, 2019 !!
