Do you happen to know the trigger criteria, such as a timer after shutdown signal, etc? Similar to OP, we are seeing it due to some shutdown cloud workflows, such as cleanup and analytics upload. This has certainly been helpful in identifying some scenarios where one of our subprocesses is not exiting correctly - but in the process of fixing it, it would be helpful to know just how long we have before this warning appears.
