I’ve tried multiple times to schedule a call regarding the review of our app, but unfortunately without any success. The app we developed is not a drinking game at its core. It is meant to be a getting-to-know-each-other game. However, it seems impossible to convince the reviewers of this, which is very frustrating considering the amount of time and effort we’ve invested into developing it. What makes the process even more difficult is the lack of clear feedback. I would be more than willing to adjust things such as the layout, wording, or presentation if that would help, but this is never communicated. The feedback feels vague and somewhat secretive, which makes it very hard to understand what exactly needs to change. This way of working is honestly quite frustrating, but I will keep trying to resolve the issue and get clarity on what needs to be done.
