Yep, any update? This is manifested as intermittent timeouts with our Cloudflare connection as well.

Hey all, following up here. This is downstream caused by (https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/771945) which seems to still be unsolved.

I started a new thread for this because it seems to be an isolated problem not necessarily nested under my previous. I thought it would be more helpful for any future users who may be experiencing something similar

This is on macOS only. I've posted another thread related to this one, where I believe the error may be related to HTTP/3. I manually disabled HTTP/3 on my computer, and most delays were removed. Is this a well-known problem?

I'm happy to share mini-repos to reproduce the error in DMs or something - this problem has been bugging us for the past 3 weeks and we can't figure it out.

Hey Quinn, Nope - I haven't been able to reproduce consistently. It comes and goes every couple hours, but there's no specific scenario / condition / environment that I've found to reproduce this 1 for 1. But what I have noticed is while using my application, occasionally these requests slow down a ton. I've heard this from countless other customers as well.

Please let me know - this is not a new account. Even the new projects don't notarize. My certificates are completely valid, and I haven't changed anything. I'm on the most recent macOS and XCode version. One interesting error I keep getting is attached below. This occurs after I've waited around 32 hours or so and after I've sent in a batch of three to four notarizations, two of them get this error and the other two pass through.

Same exact happening to me now too. Literally just started randomly. We need to ship fast but Apple is so annoying.
