Thank you very much for the response. I have already sent a support message 3 days ago without getting any response. At this point this is the only response I have gotten since last year December. When I got to my account I keep seeing "To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now
Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process.". I have tried to complete the enrolment 3 times now and even used my credit card as a payment method and still have not gotten a response.
